Millions of people on this planet have struggled with their weight and/or body image at one time or another... or a life long struggle. I am one of them! My own weight loss and body image journey is a story of struggle, finding me, and finally loving me - no matter what weight I am! I will show you the path.

This is where it all starts!

However, the 'struggle' is no longer in me, because I have worked on my relationship with food. It is not easy, but it is 'easier' than you may realize. It starts with our Inner Voice and how we talk to our self on a daily basis. Remember, you are still the 'beautiful you' today! We just have a little housecleaning to do. Finding body image success is truly possible!

Many people have researched easy, quick weight loss tips. Many teens struggle these days and do not always find the best answers available. Helping them at this time in their life to find the better way is crucial! We can teach by example!
