Merna D. Throneis an author, Self-Discovery Coach™, and Coach Academy Director. Even though her personal self-worth journey began in 1986, her career in the personal development industry began in 2004. She has guided hundreds of men and women to healthier ground in life and relationships with her work. Her mission is to assist you to tap into your personal power you were born with and soar in life!

Her book is Pocket of Pearls: A 30-day pocket workbook to start hearing a softer voice inside of you! This workbook was born from her own self-discovery and hard work over 21 years of her personal sobriety. Her diligence paid off in finding and keeping a soft, kind inner voice. This pocket journal will start guiding you to find your own soft personal voice that lives with you daily.

She has been a coach since 2004 guiding hundreds, if not thousands of men and woman to healthier ground in life. Her job as a coach is to help people discover, define, and thrive within the life they desire. She facilitates supreme workshops with her workbook to help participants 'kick start' their path to personal empowerment. In addition, she is currently a student pursuing her BS in Psychology.
